My old bi-fold doors would not close over my new, larger furnace. Not only did Jacob from Doors of Pontiac replace the doors, he built out the frame so that they could close completely. We ordered a new garage door and it was installed in a two week timeframe. The team of installers came exactly when they said they would be there. During the installation they were not happy with how the panels were working and told us they were going to call the company and have new ones sent. Yesterday the repair man came back to video the door in operation and said we would be getting an entire new door! You can’t get better service than what Doors of Pontiac delivers. I don’t think we would have ever noticed it but he did and wants it to work correctly. They truly stand behind their sales and service!!!

We received excellent service from placing our initial phone call, to the evaluation and choices of sevice!!! Then they stayed in constant contact with updates of their arrival times and service being done. Everyone was so friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about the jobs. They went out of their way to explain and help with the new technology. Another thing to point out,a numberv of years back, is this company went out of their way.. We had sick family members, and they made sure our door was repaired and workingwhich enabled us to get in an out of our home so much easier. 🙂

Jacob was well prepared to install two new exterior doors. Each door required unique challenges due to old built in doors.He worked from 9 am until 5:30 pm with help from another installer who came at 4:30 to help complete the job. Both doors fit properly and look great. I would recommend Doors of Pontiac for any of your door replacement projects.

Pontiac door has a very nice display of doors. This is their expertise so you know you’re getting a quality product and a professional install. They can answer any questions you might have and make good suggestions on solutions for your door projects. I have used them in the past and always been pleased with their products/service. Update , placed order on door about 4 week ago and Bill installed today. He did an awesome job of removing the trim and reusing it and installing it much tighter than the door that came out. It looks fantastic and the caulk job is smooth and professional. I am Extremely pleased with it..

We had Doors of Pontiac out to look at our garage door, which was in serious need of repair. The door did not open/close smoothly and was very loud. Great workmanship with nice people.They have installed a window that replaced a door adn went above and beyond, installing the drywall for free and doing the 1st mudding.They installed a new insulated Garage door. Seals perfectly, no wind, snow or rain. This is a light weight insulated door and it keeps the garage warm in winter and cool in summer without any HVAC in the garage.I would recomend them to anyone.Chris
