Randy Seid from Door of Pontiac removed my old door that was falling apart and installed my new door. I have an older cottage style home and the construction plus previously installation work brought a bit of a challenge. The office called the morning of install to communicate his arrival status. Randy was polite, quick, and astute with his knowledge of what needed to be done. He also installed my trim in a way to make the installation of repair drywall easier, which is the next project. Randy was pleasant and enjoyable to have in my home and cleaned up after himself. He was interesting to converse with and very professional in his demeanor. Great service!!!!! I highly recommend this company. I called at 8 AM and they were at my house at 9:30 in the morning. Harold knew what he was doing. Very kind and great at his job.

Very responsive. I called and Harold was out here within a half hour after telling them my issue. Harold got right to work replacing the spring to the garage door and I was impressed with how fast everything got done. My family has used them before I just didn't have the need before today and I will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.

Mark is an exceptional and very down to earth guy. He is honest and will treat you with respect without pushing you into a sale. Anyone looking for new doors or windows should at least give mark a call and get a free estimate.

Mark came over for an estimate. It was the first time I’ve ever received the honest and up front approach to sales with no manipulation or overselling! He was very patient and respectful of with our many questions and very thorough with making sure we were quoted correctly. New store in Brighton, so I thought I’d give it a try for some garage door parts, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products and value. I’ll be there again for service (my garage door springs have been on for many years, so they are probably almost due for an upgrade), and start dreaming about when I’ll visit them for a brand new front door!

I love this place, great products and amazing services everything from Windows, Entry doors, storm doors and garage doors, Even door walls, I can visit their store and purchase things off the shelf everything from garage door hinges, cables and rollers spray lube, door handles even that rubber weather strip on the bottom of my door, the one under my front door too, amazing services they get the job done, they'll come and replace my spring on my garage door at the same time do it complete inspection, their installers are professionals, for all those reasons i give five stars.
