After over 30 Years of trusting Doors of Pontiac, today was another great experience! Tyler assessed the problem, fixed it, and noticed a couple other little issues with my door and fixed those as well. Had I called a Handyman, he would have fixed the problem, and probably not correctly, and never would have noticed the other issues. If you have a door that needs fixing, call Doors Of Pontiac!!

The fact that this company only gets 4.9 out of 5 is insane. I had a last-minute door emergency, and the amazing technician Harold came out and absolutely saved my bacon. Karen was super helpful in getting a tech out to my house and I can't appreciate them enough. I would give 7 stars if I could. I will call them for everything related to my garage door.

The new door looks and works great! It really updates the look of our 1975 vintage house. The guys that installed the door were very nice and knowledgeable. The guys did a great job. Doors of Pontiac did a great job of keeping us up to date on who was coming and when to expect them with text alerts. I would recommend Doors of Pontiac. Unlike so many others in home contracting businesses, they were extremely honest, suggesting that we keep the newer of the two door opening mechanisms for the secondary garage door, rather than purchase two new units. Saved us a significant amount of money that we were prepared to spend. We wish all our vendors were this professional. Subsequently, had a minor repair required and had the same experience. Our garage door broke around 5pm one night and Harold arrived promptly around 8am the next morning. Harold was very professional, kind and clearly communicated the problem and solution. He also identified another issue with one of the door hinges that also broke and may have been unrelated. He was in and out in 15-20 minutes! We really appreciate the support and timely fix, as no one wants to have to leave their garage door open overnight for multiple nights. Would highly recommend!
