Randy Seid from Door of Pontiac removed my old door that was falling apart and installed my new door. I have an older cottage style home and the construction plus previously installation work brought a bit of a challenge. The office called the morning of install to communicate his arrival status. Randy was polite, quick, and astute with his knowledge of what needed to be done. He also installed my trim in a way to make the installation of repair drywall easier, which is the next project. Randy was pleasant and enjoyable to have in my home and cleaned up after himself. He was interesting to converse with and very professional in his demeanor. I’m extremely happy with my new door.The staff at Doors of Pontiac were very kind and always willing to look up information and help me get my order placed.
Had a problem I thought would require a new two-car garage door. Ed Chisholm came out promptly and gave me repair/replace options with no high pressure and fair estimates for each. Decided on repair and two days later Keaton Pearson was out and in about one hour expertly repaired the door and replaced the springs. The door now functions like new. Keaton knows his business. Based on my experience, Michigan Door's 5-star rating is well deserved.

I called Michigan Door because I was having a problem with my garage door. They sent Harold out. He explained the problem and gave me and estimate for a new track for a 10ft tall door. It was a good price. It must have been my lucky day because they sent Drew and his partner over and by the time they were done the whole experience took 4 1/2 hours - who does that?Thank you Michigan Door!
Debbie and the team are great! Was in a jam and they had my part. One of the only places open on Saturday. Came from Detroit and worth the drive. Some nice restaurants across the street too.
After over 30 Years of trusting Doors of Pontiac, today was another great experience! Tyler assessed the problem, fixed it, and noticed a couple other little issues with my door and fixed those as well. Had I called a Handyman, he would have fixed the problem, and probably not correctly, and never would have noticed the other issues. If you have a door that needs fixing, call Doors Of Pontiac!!
I called at 210pm and the repair was completed by 445pm! Amazing!!!! Our technician was Al. Ask for Al!!! First and foremost, he is just a good dude. Nice, informative and honest. He did great work and was clear about what repairs needed to happen (or not happen) and why. Excellent customer experience! Would absolutely recommend!
My garage doors needed some extra TLC for a garage over 50yr's old. Dan came out for a third visit to be sure that the garage doors were secure and there was no more rain coming in under the old asphalt.

Phenomenal service and attention to detail. Al made sure to not only do the requested job but also lubricated and adjusted the door for better performance and sound. Also, triple checked colors matching on the side pieces; preventing a mismatch after assembly.Additionally, fixed a part of my door to enable the new seal to be installed; looking at a painful replacement before Al came through clutch with the repairs.Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely fantastic and I have used them before and I had 2 panels damaged. They could have charged me for new door and they went out of their way to cut corners in the repair which saved me money. Both gentlemen, Harold and Devon were great to work with.

The fact that this company only gets 4.9 out of 5 is insane. I had a last-minute door emergency, and the amazing technician Harold came out and absolutely saved my bacon. Karen was super helpful in getting a tech out to my house and I can't appreciate them enough. I would give 7 stars if I could. I will call them for everything related to my garage door.

The Doors of Pontiac saved our life! We were unable to open our garage due to a broken cable and needed a quick fix. They arrived the morning after the cable broke and subsequently repaired our garage door. We would have been prisoners, but doors of Pontiac set us free! My garage door had come off the track and also needed a spring and cable replaced along with the drive motor. Keaton explained what needed to be fixed and why and was courteous at every step of the inspection, installation and set-up.The previous home owners were customers of Doors of Pontiac and I'm glad we followed up with them.

Very responsive. I called and Harold was out here within a half hour after telling them my issue. Harold got right to work replacing the spring to the garage door and I was impressed with how fast everything got done. My family has used them before I just didn't have the need before today and I will definitely use them again in the future when needed.
The new door looks and works great! It really updates the look of our 1975 vintage house. The guys that installed the door were very nice and knowledgeable. The guys did a great job. These guys went way above and beyond. Not only did they install my door in frigid temps, they helped me shovel snow and move stuff to be able to get to the door. They even got my snowblower out for me. They were incredible and very kind.

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.

New store in Brighton, so I thought I’d give it a try for some garage door parts, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products and value. I’ll be there again for service (my garage door springs have been on for many years, so they are probably almost due for an upgrade), and start dreaming about when I’ll visit them for a brand new front door!
