06 December 2024Today I contacted Doors of Pontiac to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of my garage door as well as the rollers. Suce great customer service. I was able to schedule it and have it completed within an hour and a half. Drew Abbott was the service tech sent out. Now I'm confident that the bottom of the garage door which he also readjusted seals completely and rolls quietly. Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. I love this place, great products and amazing services everything from Windows, Entry doors, storm doors and garage doors, Even door walls, I can visit their store and purchase things off the shelf everything from garage door hinges, cables and rollers spray lube, door handles even that rubber weather strip on the bottom of my door, the one under my front door too, amazing services they get the job done, they'll come and replace my spring on my garage door at the same time do it complete inspection, their installers are professionals, for all those reasons i give five stars.
