When I visited the showroom, the staff (Karen I think) showed me the options and gave me their honest opinion, and the recommended the door that was not the most expensive, but the door that they felt was the best product. Scheduling the install was easy, and Gage installed the door expertly. He was polite and professional. This was not my first experience with Doors of Pontiac and it won't be my last.

Let me begin by saying Josh is a great technician! He arrived to my house on time per the appointment with a smile and great attitude, very professional young man. A squirrel ripped up our screen door. Karen and the other staff were very friendly and helpful and knew just how to fix that and prevent it from happening again. They took care of us in a timely fashion, replacing the screen with pet screen, and told me where to get a screen guard to protect it from bold wildlife. Price was reasonable and door looks great. Randy Seid from Door of Pontiac removed my old door that was falling apart and installed my new door. I have an older cottage style home and the construction plus previously installation work brought a bit of a challenge. The office called the morning of install to communicate his arrival status. Randy was polite, quick, and astute with his knowledge of what needed to be done. He also installed my trim in a way to make the installation of repair drywall easier, which is the next project. Randy was pleasant and enjoyable to have in my home and cleaned up after himself. He was interesting to converse with and very professional in his demeanor. Had a problem I thought would require a new two-car garage door. Ed Chisholm came out promptly and gave me repair/replace options with no high pressure and fair estimates for each. Decided on repair and two days later Keaton Pearson was out and in about one hour expertly repaired the door and replaced the springs. The door now functions like new. Keaton knows his business. Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.

Mark is an exceptional and very down to earth guy. He is honest and will treat you with respect without pushing you into a sale. Anyone looking for new doors or windows should at least give mark a call and get a free estimate.

Mark came over for an estimate. It was the first time I’ve ever received the honest and up front approach to sales with no manipulation or overselling! He was very patient and respectful of with our many questions and very thorough with making sure we were quoted correctly. New store in Brighton, so I thought I’d give it a try for some garage door parts, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products and value. I’ll be there again for service (my garage door springs have been on for many years, so they are probably almost due for an upgrade), and start dreaming about when I’ll visit them for a brand new front door!

I love this place, great products and amazing services everything from Windows, Entry doors, storm doors and garage doors, Even door walls, I can visit their store and purchase things off the shelf everything from garage door hinges, cables and rollers spray lube, door handles even that rubber weather strip on the bottom of my door, the one under my front door too, amazing services they get the job done, they'll come and replace my spring on my garage door at the same time do it complete inspection, their installers are professionals, for all those reasons i give five stars.
