Doors of Pontiac is used by my Homeowner's Association.January 3 - The garage door would no longer open or close mechanically. As it was a decade or maybe two old, it was beyond repair with the rollers coming off the rails and the chains rusted to copper. The Association covered the replacement in full and it was replaced by DoP, I appreciate the prompt work and professionalism by the service technicians. They're very knowledgeable and were welcoming of all questions I had.January 21 - The garage door opener was relatively the same age and would no longer allow the door to close properly. I personally had to pay for the out of pocket cost and am satisfied of the replacement. Again, I appreciate Devin W's promptness, punctuality, and professionalism.Their office customer service is great too. I would recommend DoP to my family, friends, and neighbors in the future.
I couldn’t get out of my garage and had to get to work. The service people rearranged their schedule to accommodate me and I and so grateful for their prompt response.
They are so quick and thorough . Everyone was so pleasant to work with, especially when they had to work in the bitter cold! We are so thankful for our new garage door!
Pontiac Door installed two openers for me. Did a great job and went out of their way to adjust and reset the doors. The installer did a great job and thank you again.

Charles and Dylan were very skilled with putting interior double doors in when the drywall was not the most accurate. Again very professional and skilled gentleman. I really lucked out .

Keaton from Doors of Pontiac did a great job installing the opener and the wall button. He was also very helpful with programming the car buttons and the phone wifi. So far so good opener is working well.

He showed up in a timely way. Announced he was on his way before arriving and went to work on the door after inspecting it. He fixed it and tested his fix several times times. He was courteous, friendly and polite. We are very happy with his work.
From my call first thing in the morning through the earlier than expected service call I was made to feel like I was in excellent hands. The customer service rep on the phone when I called on Xmas day eve after my garage door got off track was so pleasant and reassuring that it was “no problem” to have someone out in a few hours immediately calmed me down! The serviceman, Andy, texted me so that I knew he was on his way. His professionalism was on point and he was helpful and provided me with information and explanations relevant to the garage door situation. I am grateful and appreciate the kindness of the employees of Doors of Pontiac, especially at what can be a chaotic time of year.

Our service technician Harold Junek was great! I was on time and got to work immediately. He fixed our garage door quickly and gave us tips to help prolong and protect our garage door. Everything he did was explained and showed to us. It was a great experience!

I had a Saturday morning garage door emergency and Al D. came out and took care of everything. I needed some new parts and a lot of adjustment and he took the time to make sure everything was just right. I definitely recommend this company and Al D. in particular.
FRIDAY The 13thI am SO THANKFUL for doors of Pontiac today! I called and left a message early this morning that our two car garage door would not close that it was off track and we were Leaving to go to the hospital for my husband’s surgery , so we had to manually close it and it still didn’t close all the way, I received a call back as soon as they opened and had an appointment set for the same day , the young lady I spoke to was so caring and kind so when we got home from the hospital a very nice young man (Keaton) was at my door 15 minutes after we returned home from the hospital and he had it fixed in no time(we really couldn’t expect anything better or for faster service)my husband and Keaton had good conversation and a few laughs, what a great experience with Doors of Pontiac!!Thank you Keaton for coming to our rescue..

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.
Mark is an exceptional and very down to earth guy. He is honest and will treat you with respect without pushing you into a sale. Anyone looking for new doors or windows should at least give mark a call and get a free estimate.

Great customer service! I was able to find everything I needed in one spot. they have a large variety of vinyl stop in many colors and even had a keypad for my garage door!

New store in Brighton, so I thought I’d give it a try for some garage door parts, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products and value. I’ll be there again for service (my garage door springs have been on for many years, so they are probably almost due for an upgrade), and start dreaming about when I’ll visit them for a brand new front door!
I love this place, great products and amazing services everything from Windows, Entry doors, storm doors and garage doors, Even door walls, I can visit their store and purchase things off the shelf everything from garage door hinges, cables and rollers spray lube, door handles even that rubber weather strip on the bottom of my door, the one under my front door too, amazing services they get the job done, they'll come and replace my spring on my garage door at the same time do it complete inspection, their installers are professionals, for all those reasons i give five stars.
