Needed a repair on my garage door. They were able to schedule me same day service. Harold showed up on a timely matter and was able to get the door fixed fast. He also showed us this cool app that connects to WiFi and now we are able to open and closed our garage door with the app! Thanks Harold!

My experience with Doors of Pontiac was stellar! On the first visit (of two), Tech Andy arrived promptly to assess damage to my garage door. In no time, he explained clearly what needed to be done; made the repair; and reinforced the door's framework from the inside out. I also purchased a much needed backup garage door opener for a good price in the same visit. Kudos to Andy for his proficiency and professionalism! In setting up this visit, kudos also to Office rep, Yvette, whose caring, courtesy, and professionalism in taking down my concerns over the phone was palpable and made me look forward and relieved to seeing Andy show up at my door! For visit two, Office rep Staci Q was very effective in listening to my concerns and forwarding pics to Tech Bob prior to his arrival; to give him a solid "heads-up". While a door replacement seemed imminent, Bob demonstrated master craftsman skills and repaired the door and door locks to work as good as new! And for a price you can't beat! Our garage door spring snapped, so manually lifting the door repeatedly was not going to be an option due to the weight. I was worried that we’d have to wait a couple weeks to get it going again. With small kids on a busy road, herding them into the car is always safer and easier inside the garage. On a Monday morning, Evette with scheduling quickly found a tech/solution for us, by Monday afternoon Justin had the door repaired and updated. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. Less than 8 hours after my first call, the problem was solved. Bravo.
Justin from Doors of Pontiac was great! He was to my house quickly, he was friendly, knowledgeable and competent with the repair of my garage door. He fixed the spot that was broken and inspected the door to make sure there weren’t issues elsewhere. He also gave me information on a new door because mine will need to be replaced soon. Jeff and Bob were friendly and professional and clearly experts in their field. They made sure we were satisfied and did a thorough cleanup they left the site. I do have one recommendation: Bob should keep his day job because, try as he might, his humor is just not ready for prime time.
Harold was incredible! I had appointments scheduled & couldn’t even get out of the garage. Harold arrived within 15 minutes & had the springs replaced in no time. From the time I called till the job was done was under an hour!
The new door looks and works great! It really updates the look of our 1975 vintage house. The guys that installed the door were very nice and knowledgeable. The guys did a great job. The spring broke on my garage door, but Keaton came out the same day and got the door working safely again! He also showed us a few parts on our door that were making noise and now it's quieter than when it was brand new!

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.
