Evette and Karen saved the day! They were able to find a knob that was impossible for me to locate anywhere! They went above and beyond and they’re awesome!
My garage door is so old, parts can't be ordered but Harold got it working. He also took time out to program the garage opener built into my car. He got me set up to receive some estimates for a new opener as well as my front door.
Our service technician Harold Junek was great! I was on time and got to work immediately. He fixed our garage door quickly and gave us tips to help prolong and protect our garage door. Everything he did was explained and showed to us. It was a great experience!

FRIDAY The 13thI am SO THANKFUL for doors of Pontiac today! I called and left a message early this morning that our two car garage door would not close that it was off track and we were Leaving to go to the hospital for my husband’s surgery , so we had to manually close it and it still didn’t close all the way, I received a call back as soon as they opened and had an appointment set for the same day , the young lady I spoke to was so caring and kind so when we got home from the hospital a very nice young man (Keaton) was at my door 15 minutes after we returned home from the hospital and he had it fixed in no time(we really couldn’t expect anything better or for faster service)my husband and Keaton had good conversation and a few laughs, what a great experience with Doors of Pontiac!!Thank you Keaton for coming to our rescue..

06 December 2024Today I contacted Doors of Pontiac to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of my garage door as well as the rollers. Suce great customer service. I was able to schedule it and have it completed within an hour and a half. Drew Abbott was the service tech sent out. Now I'm confident that the bottom of the garage door which he also readjusted seals completely and rolls quietly. Professional, and excellent service is why I continue to use this company year after year. Starting with the helpful and cheerful front desk staff, and Bob who came out to measure and advise what door would work best with my exterior and budget.I had my screened storm doors installed yesterday by Aaron & Jacob. The care and attention to getting the old ones removed and the new ones in was so appreciated. Of course, there was an old stubborn door from the original part of the home built in 1956 that was not an easy transition. I have never been disappointed in their customer service or their technical/mechanical service. So last night when I was shutting the garage door and heard a "SNAP" and saw the garage door all askew, I knew who to call. Of course it was after business hours, right?!?! UGHHH I realize they have 24/7 emergency service but decided to wait and call this morning. As soon as they opened, I called and was greeted by a very pleasant Michelle. She was able to have Scott come out within hours this morning an repair, explain the how & why my cable broke, replaced both as the other side was almost as rusted through as the one that snapped. I have to say, Scott is an amazingly knowledgeable and a fantastic people person. He remembered he had been here before to replace our spring that had been compromised a year or so ago. So nice to have that small town feel to the businesses you deal with. If you're reading this and trying to decide who to call, call them.
Harold was our technician and her was so friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me and even prevented a future accident bc my garage cables were needing to be replaced. Pricing was great but more importantly the customer service was exceptional.
Pontiac Door installed two openers for me. Did a great job and went out of their way to adjust and reset the doors. The installer did a great job and thank you again.
Called, spoke to Stephanie andwas able to get someone out the next day. Keaton came to look at my garage door and explain why the door had come off the hinge. I wasn’t able to replace the door but he explain what repairs he could do in order for my door to sustain until replaced. Keaton was truly amazing at explaining what was needed and how he would do the repairs… I can’t say enough how AMAZING Keaton is, how much patience he has in explaining what needs to be done, and how he would go about repairing the door… I would not call any other company to repair my door… Thank you Keaton!
Keaton was out at my house doing maintenance on my door and he was amazing! I didn’t know much so he explained everything he was doing and was very kind about it! You don’t see service like this these days anymore! My door hasn’t been this quiet since I lived here, he’s a godsend.

Keaton came out to replace the rubber on the bottom of my garage door and replaced my garage door opener (hand held) he got there early, explained what he had done, he was very thorough, polite and professional I highly recommend him and Doors of Pontiac for any garage door repairs. I will need a new back entry door also I will be calling them for that too!

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.
Mark is an exceptional and very down to earth guy. He is honest and will treat you with respect without pushing you into a sale. Anyone looking for new doors or windows should at least give mark a call and get a free estimate.

New store in Brighton, so I thought I’d give it a try for some garage door parts, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products and value. I’ll be there again for service (my garage door springs have been on for many years, so they are probably almost due for an upgrade), and start dreaming about when I’ll visit them for a brand new front door!
I love this place, great products and amazing services everything from Windows, Entry doors, storm doors and garage doors, Even door walls, I can visit their store and purchase things off the shelf everything from garage door hinges, cables and rollers spray lube, door handles even that rubber weather strip on the bottom of my door, the one under my front door too, amazing services they get the job done, they'll come and replace my spring on my garage door at the same time do it complete inspection, their installers are professionals, for all those reasons i give five stars.
