I left an after business hours recorded message on Saturday afternoon, received a call from the office first thing Monday morning and tech Al Demings arrived at my residence by noon. My garage door was not sealing properly resulting in snow and ice getting into my garage creating a slip and fall hazard.. Al determined it was an issue related to the installation of a new unit I had put in last summer and the repairs were covered under warranty. I can't say enough about the response from the company in the professionalism of Mr Demings!!👍👍

My experience with Doors of Pontiac was stellar! On the first visit (of two), Tech Andy arrived promptly to assess damage to my garage door. In no time, he explained clearly what needed to be done; made the repair; and reinforced the door's framework from the inside out. I also purchased a much needed backup garage door opener for a good price in the same visit. Kudos to Andy for his proficiency and professionalism! In setting up this visit, kudos also to Office rep, Yvette, whose caring, courtesy, and professionalism in taking down my concerns over the phone was palpable and made me look forward and relieved to seeing Andy show up at my door! For visit two, Office rep Staci Q was very effective in listening to my concerns and forwarding pics to Tech Bob prior to his arrival; to give him a solid "heads-up". While a door replacement seemed imminent, Bob demonstrated master craftsman skills and repaired the door and door locks to work as good as new! And for a price you can't beat! This company is the one to call when you need help with garage doors or ANY other doors in my opinion! Keep up the good work!And thank you.
Doors of Pontiac installed a new garage door opener for me on Feb 4, 2025. Their service was outstanding, starting with a service person coming to my home the same day I called for help because my garage door opener was not working. It was determined that I needed a new opener and we scheduled an installation appt for 2 days later for a new opener to be installed. The installer, Alfred Demings, was very knowledgeable and explained to me in great detail how the new opener functioned, the warranty, and even how to lubricate the door track and wheels. He was very professional and was very neat and tidy!

Devon came out on a Saturday a couple weeks ago and helped my Grandmother get her door working for a reasonable price. We were worried because other companies quoted us nearly double what he told us. He assured us that we were in good hands and got the job done within an hour. We are more than happy with the office staff and Devon W! Will highly recommend to family and friends!

Last fall we contacted Doors of Pontiac about installing double storm doors on our entrance. The entrance had to be modified and custom doors ordered for the project. The quote was very competitive and reasonable for our project. When the doors were received, the modifications and installation went seamlessly - the personnel were on time, efficient and professional. However, at some point in the process, one of the door frames was scratched. I think some companies might have ignored the problem and hoped we wouldn’t see the damage. However, Doors of Pontiac acknowledged the problem and assured us that they would order a new frame to replace the damaged frame instead of trying to do a “touch up” to it. True to their word, they have now replaced that frame and the project is finished. We think the new doors enormously improve the look of our entrance and certainly help make our home more energy efficient at the same time. We are very satisfied with our experience and particularly impressed with the integrity this company exhibited throughout the process. We plan to replace a sliding door to our deck in the near future and Doors of Pontiac is at the top of our list to do that job. We are extremely pleased that Doors of Pontiac was recommended to us when we wanted this work done.
Garage door was not working properly. Al came the same day that I called. He was very professional and very nice. Told me and showed me what was wrong and went over everything with me. Excellent service.
My installer arrived prompt install efficient under circumstances due to weather extremely cold. While keeping a positive attitude I would highly recommend.
Doors of Pontiac is used by my Homeowner's Association.January 3 - The garage door would no longer open or close mechanically. As it was a decade or maybe two old, it was beyond repair with the rollers coming off the rails and the chains rusted to copper. The Association covered the replacement in full and it was replaced by DoP, I appreciate the prompt work and professionalism by the service technicians. They're very knowledgeable and were welcoming of all questions I had.January 21 - The garage door opener was relatively the same age and would no longer allow the door to close properly. I personally had to pay for the out of pocket cost and am satisfied of the replacement. Again, I appreciate Devin W's promptness, punctuality, and professionalism.Their office customer service is great too. I would recommend DoP to my family, friends, and neighbors in the future.

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.
Mark is an exceptional and very down to earth guy. He is honest and will treat you with respect without pushing you into a sale. Anyone looking for new doors or windows should at least give mark a call and get a free estimate.

New store in Brighton, so I thought I’d give it a try for some garage door parts, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products and value. I’ll be there again for service (my garage door springs have been on for many years, so they are probably almost due for an upgrade), and start dreaming about when I’ll visit them for a brand new front door!
I love this place, great products and amazing services everything from Windows, Entry doors, storm doors and garage doors, Even door walls, I can visit their store and purchase things off the shelf everything from garage door hinges, cables and rollers spray lube, door handles even that rubber weather strip on the bottom of my door, the one under my front door too, amazing services they get the job done, they'll come and replace my spring on my garage door at the same time do it complete inspection, their installers are professionals, for all those reasons i give five stars.
