When I visited the showroom, the staff (Karen I think) showed me the options and gave me their honest opinion, and the recommended the door that was not the most expensive, but the door that they felt was the best product. Scheduling the install was easy, and Gage installed the door expertly. He was polite and professional. This was not my first experience with Doors of Pontiac and it won't be my last.

A squirrel ripped up our screen door. Karen and the other staff were very friendly and helpful and knew just how to fix that and prevent it from happening again. They took care of us in a timely fashion, replacing the screen with pet screen, and told me where to get a screen guard to protect it from bold wildlife. Price was reasonable and door looks great. Jacob and Joshua were very professional, efficient and polite. They did an amazing job installing new glass office doors. While they were here, they measured for 2 other inside glass doors, along with a new window. The office staff is also very friendly, and great with any follow up needed. Randy Seid from Door of Pontiac removed my old door that was falling apart and installed my new door. I have an older cottage style home and the construction plus previously installation work brought a bit of a challenge. The office called the morning of install to communicate his arrival status. Randy was polite, quick, and astute with his knowledge of what needed to be done. He also installed my trim in a way to make the installation of repair drywall easier, which is the next project. Randy was pleasant and enjoyable to have in my home and cleaned up after himself. He was interesting to converse with and very professional in his demeanor. After over 30 Years of trusting Doors of Pontiac, today was another great experience! Tyler assessed the problem, fixed it, and noticed a couple other little issues with my door and fixed those as well. Had I called a Handyman, he would have fixed the problem, and probably not correctly, and never would have noticed the other issues. If you have a door that needs fixing, call Doors Of Pontiac!!
