Let me begin by saying Josh is a great technician! He arrived to my house on time per the appointment with a smile and great attitude, very professional young man. He troubleshooted my garage door issue and resolved it quickly. 2016 we purchased our front door from Doors of Pontiac had a great experience with this team of talented folks, and they are my go to folks for garage door services. I highly recommend that you reach out to them regarding an annual tuneup/inspection of your door. Save you some money in the long run.

Had a problem I thought would require a new two-car garage door. Ed Chisholm came out promptly and gave me repair/replace options with no high pressure and fair estimates for each. Decided on repair and two days later Keaton Pearson was out and in about one hour expertly repaired the door and replaced the springs. The door now functions like new. Keaton knows his business. Based on my experience, Michigan Door's 5-star rating is well deserved.

I called Michigan Door because I was having a problem with my garage door. They sent Harold out. He explained the problem and gave me and estimate for a new track for a 10ft tall door. It was a good price. Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.
