The fact that this company only gets 4.9 out of 5 is insane. I had a last-minute door emergency, and the amazing technician Harold came out and absolutely saved my bacon. The new door looks and works great! It really updates the look of our 1975 vintage house. The guys that installed the door were very nice and knowledgeable. The guys did a great job. Our garage door broke around 5pm one night and Harold arrived promptly around 8am the next morning. Harold was very professional, kind and clearly communicated the problem and solution. He also identified another issue with one of the door hinges that also broke and may have been unrelated. He was in and out in 15-20 minutes! We really appreciate the support and timely fix, as no one wants to have to leave their garage door open overnight for multiple nights. Would highly recommend!

I left an after business hours recorded message on Saturday afternoon, received a call from the office first thing Monday morning and tech Al Demings arrived at my residence by noon. My garage door was not sealing properly resulting in snow and ice getting into my garage creating a slip and fall hazard.. Al determined it was an issue related to the installation of a new unit I had put in last summer and the repairs were covered under warranty. I can't say enough about the response from the company in the professionalism of Mr Demings!!👍👍

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.
